Epiphany was hired by Essex Properties in 2018 to develop the brand platform and marketing materials for its new Santa Clara, California property. Epiphany developed a community positioning strategy that leveraged the property’s unique courtyard system and transitioning target audience. Epiphany also executed the creative platform across an array of marketing collateral touchpoints to support the property’s leasing goals.
