Destination Hotels (now Destination by Hyatt) hired Epiphany to complete a brand repositioning initiative for the historic Eden Roc hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, as it dropped its flag from a Marriott Renaissance to a new independent offering. The goal was to create a positioning strategy that would distinguish the property among the highly saturated market while maintaining the unique historic elements of the asset, allowing it to recapture its reputation as a market leader with domestic and international leisure and business travelers.
