Honua Kai is a resort residential community located in West Maui, Hawaii. As the first new whole-ownership opportunity on the island’s famed Ka’anapali Beach in nearly 30 years, Epiphany was contracted to refine the property’s brand position in support of a new marketing and sales strategy to sell the remaining inventory, primarily priced at $2.5 million+. To effectively attract prospective buyers with the disposable income to purchase at this level, Epiphany identified competitive advantages and additional areas of opportunity for the property to “own” in the market.
