Epiphany was hired by Two Roads Hospitality (acquired by Hyatt Hotels Corporation) in 2018 to complete a brand repositioning for the grand re-opening of Puerto Rico’s El San Juan Hotel following hurricane Maria. The goal was to re-align the property’s brand platform with its iconic 1960s stature by honoring its traditions of celebration and hospitality. Thanks to the extensive renovations completed by Jeffery Beers International, which highlight the property’s iconic features, these traditions remain ever-present—allowing the property to rebuild a reputation as a market leader.
