Epiphany was hired by Winegardner & Associates and Eagle Realty in 2015 to develop a high-end, independent luxury brand for a historic re-use adaptation in downtown Cincinnati. Epiphany successfully developed a brand that gained The Lytle Park Hotel acceptance into Marriott International’s Autograph Collection and positioned the hotel to become the market leader for corporate “bleisure” (business / leisure) and leisure travelers.
