Two Roads Hospitality (acquired by Hyatt Hotels Corporation) and DiamondRock Hospitality hired Epiphany in 2018 to complete a brand refresh initiative to solidify L’Auberge de Sedona as a premier luxury destination within the Sedona market and a top spa destination in the Southwest and West Coast regions. The goal was to create a positioning strategy that distinguishes the property in a saturated market while maintaining it’s unique elements, allowing it to build a reputation as a market leader.
